We combined a traditional circuit workout with a specialized form of kickboxing personal training called pad training. Holding two foam pads, your trainer will move around the room with you calling out various combinations. This unique, high-intensity workout will get you sweating as you improve your agility and strength.
Members can use these training sessions as an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the traditional hits, kicks and punches that are used in kickboxing classes. CKO personal trainers never require advanced techniques to get started. Instead, we show members how to correctly and safely perform moves used in class.
