Exercise is great, but no matter what your goal is, your nutrition is going to have a major impact on your ability to attain your goals, and we are here to help.
These challenges are including unlimited kickboxing classes, nutrition coaching and some Small Group Training to make sure you are getting a well rounded experience. Working in some small group training is great for building strength, and for body composition, as well as many other benefits.

You have THREE different options: 16, 12, or 6 weeks.
