This class will focus on developing strength and mobility in all major muscle groups, improve posture, joint mobility, and muscle tone. NOTE: CKO FIT is different than CKO HIIT.

45 mins of high intensity interval training. Class is done in groups with stations. Mixture of cardio, strength training and functional movements to maximize calorie burn, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness. Can be modified to any fitness level.
