Kickboxing training is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) led by qualified and engaged instructors. We utilize a combination of both plyometric and calisthenic exercises to create the most exciting workout. These exercises encourage your muscles to exert maximum force for short intervals of time. Whether you have previous kickboxing experience or you’ve never hit a bag in your life, you’ll fit right in at CKO. Many of our members never practiced kickboxing before stepping into our gym, and now they can’t imagine their lives without it. To register for your first class, select your preferred time from the schedule and fill out your information online. Plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for the beginner’s orientation. This will give you the chance to learn more about our facility, the workout and what to expect. We’ll get started by teaching you a few basic techniques that will make it easy to participate in the group workout.

i have been going to the classes for 2 weeks now and even though i was very nervous to go in im glad i did the 3 free classes and joined i feel great every time i leave and the class goes so fast. i cant do everything perfectly specially the floor exercises but ill get back to my basic training body real soon :) the staff is also very friendly and helpful i definitely recommend it.

Wanna thank Nick and all the trainers at CKO.In July I had shoulder surgery.I started PT and did 2 1/2 months.October I was back at CKO and my goal was too be able too finish a workout.I followed instructors but modified the routine to what I was able too do.My next goal was to be down on floor doing the floor excersices by the new year of 17 and thanks to the trainers my goal was accomplished.Still have a bit more to go but I'm feeling really good.Anyone looking for a fun and effective program give it a shot.Thanks CKO Great Kills.
