In honor of Heart Health Month, we are launching The 150 Heartbeat Challenge.
The Mission:
Crush your weekly cardio requirements in just 7 days. Whether you are a total beginner or a former member we haven’t seen in a while, this challenge is designed for anyone who has a heart (literally and figuratively).
The Math:
We’ve done the heavy lifting for you. To hit your 150-minute goal, all you need is:
2 Weekday Classes (45 mins each)
1 Weekend Class (60 mins)
Total: 150 minutes of stress-busting, bag-hitting glory.
