Shake off the February gloom with Dance, Strike & Glow on Thursday, February 26th at 6:30 PM. This 21+ event features a high-energy fusion of kickboxing and dance-inspired movement set to throwbacks and Latin hits. This session is all about the vibes—easy to follow, open to all experience levels, and requiring zero prior training or equipment.
As we wrap up the workout, the floor transitions into a freestyle dance party and guided group favorites. Simultaneously, we’ll kick off our social hour featuring light bites and bubbly. Your registration fee includes the full instructional session, the dance party, and all refreshments.
