Join us for a fun, energetic, and awe-inspiring outdoor CKO Class featuring our outdoor CKO Bags and the iconic NYC Skyline! It’s free and open to everyone – members and new friends!

Gloves are not required but if you have your own pair, feel free to bring them along!
FAQs
Q: Will I need gloves for the class?
A: Nope! If you have a pair, feel free to bring it. If not, we will provide a pair for your to use!
Q: How will I know what to do if I’m new to CKO Kickboxing?
A: We will give you an orientation! Just make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the class start time (please arrive by 6:45pm for the 7pm class start time). It’s a quick series of punches and kicks that we’ll teach you and then you’ll be ready to crush the CKO Sunset Class!
Q: Is this a free class?
A: YES! It’s open to all at no cost!
Q: Can I get there late?
A: We don’t recommend it. This class tends to be pretty full but we’re lucky enough that we have tons of space at Pier A (just like our 10,000 square foot facility on 9th and Madison)! We suggest arriving no later than 6:45pm to grab your spot. You’ll need to register at the CKO Tent when you arrive so give yourself a few minutes for that. The class will start at 7pm.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We suggest bringing a bottle of water and if you have gloves, those too. Other than those things, you don’t need anything else!
Q: What should I wear?
A: Just wear comfortable workout clothing that suits the outdoor weather for that day.
Q: Will there be a rain date if the weather is poor?
A: Follow us on INSTAGRAM for updates to potential rain dates. We’re usually pretty lucky with these classes this time of year (knock on wood). The pictures of the sunset are generally beautiful and it feels really relaxing to enjoy that sunset after such a fun CKO class!
Q: How will the class work?
A: The class will be broken into different sections that rotate. Some sections will focus on bodyweight drills while other sections will focus on hitting our CKO Outdoor Bags. It will be an energizing dynamic workout for everyone!
Q: Do I have to pre-register?
A: Nope! You just come that day and arrive by no later than 6:45pm! Feel free to bring friends and family (all children below the age of 16 require a guardian present).
Q: What time does the class end?
A: The class will come to a close between 7:45pm and 8pm. There will be a cool down and a picture contest for whoever tags @CKO_HOBOKEN on Instagram with the coolest CKO Sunset Class Photos featuring our CKO Logo (you can win a free month of membership at CKO Hoboken)!
