This class will begin with active stretching to help increase our range of motion while also working from our center to find more mobility, power, and speed when working on the bag. Class will end with a guided passive stretch to help the muscles recover and maintain flexibility.
A class designed for those interested in learning and/or improving their technique. Both a cardio and strength training class that explores fighter movements both on and off the bag. Extra time will be spent working on isolating specific martial techniques that vary from class to class. Great for both beginners and advanced students.
