Kneel on one knee, with the other foot in front, creating a 90-degree angle. Shift your weight forward, stretching the front of your hip. Hold each side for 20-30 seconds to improve hip flexibility.
3. Shoulder Stretch
Cross one arm across your chest and use the opposite hand to gently pull it closer to your body. Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch arms, stretching the shoulder and upper back.
4. Quad Stretch
Stand on one leg and pull the opposite foot towards your glutes, feeling the stretch in your thigh. Hold onto a wall or chair for balance, if necessary. Maintain the position for 20-30 seconds on each side.
