May Member of the Month – Captain Jim

A longtime member and core of the 5AM crew, Captain Jim’s consistency and hard work is evident in a variety of ways. Weight loss, strength, and form have improved in leaps and bounds with his regular attendance. Always a pleasure to have you on the bags with us! -CKO

After turning 50, I realized I needed to get serious with my health so I can keep up with grandkids when they start showing up. Since starting with CKO I’ve seen a big difference in the way I look and feel. I’ve lost 25lbs and gained muscle. With trainers, Gregden and Ralph, that keep their workouts different and fun it makes easy to keep coming back. I would tell anyone new that it will be hard at the start but if you stick with it you begin to see progress everyday. -Jim G
