September Member of the Month-Bekah!

When Bekah first entered the studio, we immediately saw the fire in her eyes. This woman has determination! Bekah has been a conistent member of CKO for a little over two years now. Every class she takes, she always exhibits the same energy. We’ve appreciated Bekah’s conistency, loyalty, and her dedication. Congratulations Bekah!

The trainers provide great feedback, instruction, encouragement and know how to motivate you to work harder. The other members are friendly and help make each class full of energy. It is very much a family environment where everyone knows your name and encourages you through your journey. What I enjoy most is during that hour its just me vs. the bag. Whatever is going on in my life it’s left at the door.
