With the implementation of their 6-step discovery process, Rich says “we have the ability to walk prospects through a step-by-step educational matching process. This process has been developed to establish whether a prospects needs and qualifications align with a Franchise System. Once this has been established, we then match them to a Fitness Franchise. If Fitness is a good option for them, we continue our calls and see if CKO Kickboxing is a good fit for them.”
