I’ve been kickboxing for 4 years and teaching for 2. When I’m not kickboxing, I’m working as a software engineer, playing rugby, teaching HIIT, spin, and boot camp classes, or hanging out with my son.
I like kickboxing because I like working out by doing something that’s challenging. I never kickboxed before I started taking classes for kickboxing. It’s something different while also being very intense and fun.
I value hard work and effort.
MY SAYING IN CLASS
“It’s all worth it in the end.” It is hard, but it will be worth it once you’re done!
MY TRAINING STYLE
My classes will be more high-intensity because they are a mixture of kickboxing, strength, and cardio rather than on the bag the whole time. I teach other workout forms, such as boot camp, spin, and HIIT on the side, so I mix a lot of those in together in my classes.
MY FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL
I’d definitely say Korean BBQ.
